I will observe you feed baby, take a pre and post-feed weight check, assess baby's mouth, and/or help with pumping and flange fitting. Sometimes there is not enough time for pumping help in an initial consult.

This session is for the expecting mom and her partner. We will cover the most crucial practices to establish a full milk-supply. I will help you set goals and develop strategies. You will leave class with a postpartum plan and materials to share with your support team. Log in from the comfort of your home and bring all your questions. 

This 2-hour class will teach you how to assess the need for and perform the lifesaving skills of CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) on an adult, child and an infant. AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and choke-saving is  demonstrated and practiced. Class is held at Roots & Wings in Natick, Ma. ​​​
