This session is for the birthing person and their partner. We will cover the most crucial practices to establish a full milk-supply. I will help you set goals and develop strategies. You will leave class with a postpartum plan and materials to share with your support team. Log in from the comfort of your home and bring all your questions.

Your lactation specific class may be reimbursable by your insurance.

This 2-hour class will teach you how to assess the need for and perform the lifesaving skills of CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation). Class covers Adult, Child and Infant CPR, including AED hands-on training, and choke saving. 

 

Class is held at Roots & Wings in Natick, Ma.

This is not a certification class.

AHA CPR Certification is an additional $20 per person.

This 3-hour class will teach you the skills for 2-person rescue and includes how to assess the need for and perform the lifesaving skills of CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) on an adult, child and an infant. AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and choke-saving is  demonstrated and practiced. You will receive a digital certification card from the AHA.
