Payment is due when we schedule your consult. I will send you an invoice for payment and will supply a detailed receipt for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.  

 

It is a good idea to check with your insurance to verify your benefit for lactation services. Clinical consults with an IBCLC are, by law, to be covered without any co-pay, deductible or other out-of-pocket expense to the you.  However, different insurers interpret the law differently.
